Ingredients
4-5 Whole Clean Carrots
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Chopped Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Combine all ingredients besides carrots in small mixing bowl.
- Place carrots on baking sheet and brush mixture evenly over carrots.
- Place carrots in oven for 25 minutes turn over and roast for another 25
- Drizzle a little more honey and salt to taste
