Easy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cups broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raisins

Dressing

  • 5 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey [Buy Now]
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. First to make the dressing, whisk together plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey. 
  2. Combine all the salad ingredients together and stir in the dressing to coat.
  3. Salad can be served immediately or keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
