Honey Lemon Lollies

Ingredients

  •  1 Cup sugar
  •  2 Tablespoons water
  •  1/3 Cup Pure Southern Honey
  •  10 Drops lemon extract
  •  Lolli Sticks and mold

Directions

We used a Lolli mold from Amazon, you can even use this same recipe for cough drop molds. Be sure to have the mold you choose clean, dry, and at hand before you begin, as this process goes fast. Place the sugar, water, and honey into a pot and turn on medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, place your candy thermometer into the candy
mixture and turn the heat up to high. Let the sugar mixture reach 300 degrees without mixing Pour the Sugar mixture very carefully into a glass bowl and quickly mix in the drops of lemon extract. Pour your mixture into each Lolli mold and place the Lolli sticks in each one quickly. Once the Lollis cool and harden you can wrap them individually for later use or gifts.
