Ingredients
Salad
- 8 cups broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
Dressing
- 5 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoons Pure Southern honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- First to make the dressing, whisk together plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey.
- Combine all the salad ingredients together and stir in the dressing to coat.
- Salad can be served immediately or keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
