Pure Southern Honey Rosemary Chicken & Potato Skillet



Salt & pepper
4 Tbsp Pure Southern Honey
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar


3 Large Potatoes – (sliced into wedges)
3 Chicken Breasts – (sliced into strips)
1/2 Large Onion, Diced
Bunch of Rosemary
Olive Oil
Salt & pepper

*Use an oven-safe cast iron skillet


  1. Preheat oven to 420.
  2. On medium-high heat, cook onions and 2 Tbsp of olive oil on stove until browning.
  3. Remove skillet from stove. Place potato slices in a flat even layer in skillet, drizzle in olive oil and add salt & pepper.
  4. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  5. While waiting for your potatoes, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Let your chicken marinate in this sauce for about 10 minutes.
  6. Take potatoes out of oven, and arrange the chicken strips in an even layer on top and pour the entire sauce bowl over the chicken.
  7. Add 5 sprigs of rosemary around the chicken slices.
  8. Cover with and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake again for 20 minutes.
